Welcome to Our Lady of Good Success Academy! We’re glad you are inquiring about admissions to our Catholic school in De Pere, Wisconsin. We provide a Roman Catholic education firmly grounded in the Catholic tradition. Though Our Lady of Good Success Academy strives to attend to all student needs, the Academy is not completely established for children with special needs.

Pick Up an Admissions Packet at School

Parents interested in enrolling their children at Our Lady of Good Success Academy can pick up admission packets in the school office or contact Principal Calvo through our Contact Page. The Academy is open to students in elementary to high school age. Students must be academically prepared for the grade for which they seek admittance.

Admissions Process Overview

Our Lady of Good Success Academy’s admissions process includes a review of prospective students’ academic testing and behavioral records from their previous years of education. If applicable, new students may be asked to take entrance or grade placement exams before being assigned to their grade levels.

Additional admissions requirements for new students:

Completed registration form
Copy of a child’s birth certificate, baptismal and sacramental certificates
Registration fees, book fees, and tuition payment
Immunization record or signed conscientious objection card
Letter of recommendation from the student’s pastor or most current classroom teacher
Proof of up-to-date tuition payments from previous school
